We are unashamedly proud of being small. Our holidays are always in small groups, allowing us to move inconspicuously through the villages, towns, woodlands, forests, and mountains. It also builds wonderful camaraderie, especially if you're travelling alone.
We also want to give you an authentic experience wherever we walk. So we try to avoid the tourist areas, preferring to visit places not on a guidebook or sightseers' radar.

How It All Started
In 2014, in a small guesthouse nestled amongst a handful of houses in the inland hamlet of El Romo, Malaga, we started our business offering adventure holidays for those who wanted to discover Andalucia, both above and below the water! In the following years, the business grew steadily, and the walking holidays became a more significant part of our activities.
Like many tourist-related businesses, the pandemic had a significant impact on us. So, when the travel and tourism industry started to recover, it allowed us to set out our vision for the future.
Providing the walking holidays had been such a fulfilling experience, with meeting so many interesting people and also being blessed to spend so much time in the natural areas of Andalucia, that we saw our future dedicated to walking holidays and adventures and so in 2022 re-launched as a walking holiday company, Andalucia on Foot.
Our choice of walking locations, the places where you sleep, and the interactions we have each day are a way to convey the personal nature of our holidays. When you leave us, we want you to feel you have been walking with friends rather than guided as a group.
